We understand that misunderstandings may arise from time to time, and we are committed to addressing your questions and complaints in a comprehensive and timely manner.

INQUIRIES

If you have any questions regarding your account or your relationship with AR-KABUY, we encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve your inquiry efficiently, we ask that you provide all relevant information possible, including your name, business account number, and contact details, as well as a clear description of your inquiry and any relevant documents.

Most inquiries can be resolved within 24 hours. If your inquiry requires further investigation, we commit to contacting you within 5 business days of your initial inquiry to inform you of the progress.

COMPLAINTS

If the initial inquiry is not resolved to your satisfaction or if you wish to file a complaint, we ask that you notify our customer support team through the "Contact" page on our website, clearly stating that you wish to file a complaint.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment within 5 business days. We will then proceed to investigate your complaint and will strive to send you a final response within 3 weeks of receiving your complaint. If we are unable to provide a final response within this timeframe, we will inform you of the reasons and provide you with an estimate of when you can expect a final response, with the goal of resolving your complaint within 6 weeks of the initial receipt.
