Acquisition of Digital Assets or Currency: Purchase of digital assets through designated payment methods.

Delays in Purchase Orders: Possible delays due to the availability of digital assets.

Modification of Fees: AR-KABUY reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

VERIFICATION

AR-KABUY operates as a custodian of the digital assets stored in the AR-KABUY Wallet. These assets may be assigned at the time of creating an account and will become the property of the user once the identity verification process has been successfully completed.

DIGITAL ASSET TRANSACTIONS AND DIGITAL CURRENCY

AR-KABUY does not offer any guarantee regarding the value of digital assets or any other digital currency. It is important to highlight that these assets do not have the same status as legal tender and are not protected by institutions like the FDIC or SIPC.

Transactions with digital assets carry inherent financial risks due to their highly volatile nature.

Market fluctuations can cause significant changes in the value of these assets in a short period.

Transactions on the digital asset network are verified and confirmed by the network itself, and once made, cannot be confirmed, canceled, or reversed by AR-KABUY. Therefore, it is essential that users understand and accept these risks before participating in any digital asset transactions.

Furthermore, users should be aware of other potential risks, such as technical issues, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes, that could affect the security and value of their digital assets.

AR-KABUY strongly recommends that users properly inform themselves and consider independent financial advice before participating in transactions with digital assets.¿

WALLET ADDRESS AND PRIVATE KEY

AR-KABUY uses a pair of cryptographic keys to secure transactions. The public key acts as the wallet address, while the private key is necessary to authorize transfers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights to AR-KABUY Materials, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are retained by AR-KABUY.

AUTHORIZED USE OF OUR SERVICES

You are required to use our Services only for authorized purposes, keeping your personal information updated. It is crucial to protect your account information and report any unauthorized use or security concerns.

MESSAGES

Provide a valid mobile phone number for authentication purposes and to use AR-KABUY Services. By doing so, you agree to receive text/SMS messages with standard rates applied. It is important to provide accurate information and comply with registration requirements. AR-KABUY reserves the right to deny access, open, suspend, or close accounts, based on compliance with governmental, regulatory, or identity verification requirements.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited at AR-KABUY. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, commit security violations, infringe laws, or carry out offensive acts on our Services.

PROHIBITED USERS

Users declare that they are not subject to sanctions nor located in countries under U.S. economic sanctions. AR-KABUY reserves the right to close access if users breach these representations.

REGISTERED TRADEMARKS

AR-KABUY, along with its logo, are registered trademarks. The mention of other trademarks does not imply that AR-KABUY owns them.

Services are provided "as is" without any warranty. AR-KABUY disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied.

ADVISORY

AR-KABUY does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Users are expected to understand the risks associated with the transactions conducted.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using the Services, users agree to indemnify AR-KABUY against any claim, loss, or expense arising from their use of the Services or from the violation of the established Terms.

LIABILITY

AR-KABUY, its licensors, and service providers, shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. These limitations of liability apply even if a limited remedy fails.

PROVISION

In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

UNCLAIMED ASSETS

After 30 days of inactivity, AR-KABUY reserves the right to report or remit unclaimed digital assets or currency. The failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such a right or provision.
